No, there isn't such a switch you can set in Acrobat, but what they are
referring to is the ability to allow users of Acrobat Reader 5.1 and 
Adobe Reader 6 to annotate and save forms by use of a new Adobe server
product "Adobe Document Server for Reader Extensions". It is a server-based
product (NT4, Windows 2000 Server, Windows Server 2003, UNIX) that is
oriented to enterprise-wide solutions. It is not particularly cost-effective
