Hi
just received Acrobat 6.0 Professional and I am receiving a Warning-Error Message 20225
it is unable to install on my computer the Adobe PDF Converter and Adobe PDF components which means I can create a PDF file either within MS Word with its add-in or within Acrobat
I have followed the help given on Adobe's site but it doesn't seem to make any difference
have other people had this problem and do you have a procedure to fix it
I have Windows XP and it almost seems like Windows won't allow the printer drivers to be added but I can't find anything about this on Microsoft website
if anyone can offer assistance, would appreciate it as there seems to be nothing I can do
