If you have Acrobat installed, just print to Distiller. (File > Print and choose "Acrobat Distiller" from the list of printers.)
If you don't have Acrobat, you'll need to get a PDF printer. If you'd rather not have to buy the full version of Acrobat, there are some less expensive options. One is BCL easyPDF - you can get a free demo from our website at http://www.bcltechnologies.com. You could also look on http://www.pdfstore.com under "Create PDF & Convert PDF."
