Hi Chris

so are you saying when I save the PDF I can choose to embed
the fonts into our document and this will cause them to display
better on our customer's machines?

is there a special process to do this -- I am working with Acrobat 6

how much extra space does this add to the file size?

if you can expand on your suggestion a bit more I would
appreciate it

thanks

Joshua

Hi Joshua,
provided that your distiller is set up correctly to embed fonts from your
system folder(mac) or c drive(pc), the choice is really entirely up to you.
You might like to try Helvetica or Swiss as standard other fonts to use
instead of Arial.
Regards,
Chris (Express and Star).
