Recently we switched the majority of our online documentation to PDF form at the Adobe 5.0 level. Now that we're really in gear on using it, two major issues have popped up.
1. Adobe Reader takes a long time to load everytime someone wishes to view a file.
2. Adobe Reader crashes and provides Active X errors.
We're looking for either software or consultant solutions to these two problems. Can anyone help us?
