HI

I am exporting pdfs (Flattener settings are Resolution 2400, Gradient 600 all other
boxs unchecked) (compatible to Acrobat 4) out of InDesign 2.02. (Mac OS 10.2.8). There
is a block of type, white with a black drop shadow sitting on top of a 300dpi
photoshop tif. The type boxs have a stroke and fill of none. When I rip the PDF (Creo
Scitex Brisque Version 4, Postscript level 3) I get white lines on the side, bottom or
top of the type. Sometimes they are thin sometimes they are thick. If I export the
page as and eps I don't get the lines.

How come the line appear in the pdf when they really arn't there? How can I get rid
of them?

Thanks

Kate Hellmann
