[PDF] Showing miniatures when viewing pages on the web

Hello,

When opening a large pdf-dokument in the browser and klick the pages-tab, all
the miniatures are grey. If I save the dokument to disk the look alright. I have tried to
change the settings in Acrobat (6.0) but with little succes. Do I have to change some settings
in the browser (IE 6.0) ?

Is it possible to turn of the 'Save' button when generating dokuments for publishing on the web ?
