[PDF] links

Hi
I have a pdf file (pdf A) that will be uploaded to our website, we want to set a link within pdf A to go to a specific bookmark within another pdf (pdf B) on our website. I can link within the pdf A to go to another part of pdf A, I can set a link from pdf A and open pdf B on the website but not open pdf B at the correct bookmark.
Is this possible??
