'salright -- I wasn't sure whether being labelled as an OP was a good thing or a bad thing.... I will check with my developers to figure out what resolution they are using to store the images within our application. I only used Word to tweak the conversion settings -- we don't use it within the application. Anyway, I appreciate the suggestions that I've gotten -- Thanks all (et merci aussi!)
