Actually MajorDomo is quite robust. How are you sure this is hosted on 'Domo
though?

Another very good e-mail list manager is Mailman. It's GNU I believe.

Agreed. I hate the intro bar at the top, though. Visual diarrhoea.
Would be nice if "Powers that Be", would put it at the bottom under a
sig-delimiter. Then it would drop off at the first level of quoting.

Ah well, I guess we shouldn't be too harsh. None of us are paying. :)
