He has a flawed PDF and wants to know how to fix it. Isn't that on topic? It's close enough for government work. The last advice is good advice. The other option is to use the object touch-up tool and correctly clean up the image. It's hard to give more precise advice because I don't have a clue what kind of signs of editing Bala is referring to.
