So far the only thing I figured out was to make sure of: View>Toolbars>Commenting has a check next to it. It puts the stamp tool on the toolbar so you only have to go through 3 menus and a click to get it (toolbar stamp icon>Standard Business>Confidential>"click"). I will continue to see if there's a shortcut for the shortcut. ~James Opinions expressed are mine and that's the truth!
