Well I surly hope this gets fixed. Having the ability to edit images in PDFs
is important for prepress work. Keeping and using V5 is also what we do, but
of course on PC side, it is not recommended that you keep both versions on
the same workstation. So, if your mainstream version is 6, (V6's preflight
and Optimizer make it a great prepress tool) then you need to switch back
and forth between workstations to get the editing you need.

doesn't have this ability for some reason.  Another example of why Acrobat
is now a 2 version product.  There are some things that you either have to

they took out some functionality to add different ones for some reason.  I'm
not a programmer so I won't bother to ponder why, I just keep my 5 alive on
my other machine as well as my Mac.  Yes Virginia, I do have a Mac.
