I found the missing slide show feature.
The Picture Tasks icon doesn't come up until images are opened as PDF. I knew that but none of the right-mouse items included the slide show I had seen earlier. Just exporting, printing, ordering online etc.
The missing options for that tool were restored when I ran the 6.0.1 update.
A group of images can now be converted to a slide show with an optional title on slide one and musical background. Not that I'll be using it instead of the more flexible manual route but a friend asked me about it.
Curious that such a feature would be added in an "0.1" patch. Regards Merv Leeding
