Acrobat Capture can certainly do this.
Also, does anyone know of an application that can search by keyword and ferret out matching PDF files from within a directory and search within each PDF files that has been OCR'd? Not the filenames, but matching the search term from within all the PDF files.
All of the major (and most minor) search engines fully support PDF searching.
