Hi folks,
in my project I've to draw lines in my pdf. Consequently I've to implement
the missing method drawLine in the class PDPageContentStream on my own.
I've also added another method to set the lineWidth.
I've attached the sourcecode based on the latest version (1.19) of
PDPageContentStream.
