Limited support for SC and SCN operator

I've provided a patch to support the SC and SCN operator and it seems to be
getting lost during the move from sf to apache.

I've added limited support for the sc,scn,SC and SCN operators. Only the
following colorspaces are supported: DeviceGray, DeviceRGB, DeviceCMYK and
ICCBased.
There are 4 new classes (oldstyle with org.pdfbox) and some additions to the
configfile PageDrawer.properties
