With version 737638 I've extended the font-mapping espacially for java 1.4.x
and therefore I made some minor changes to the FontManager.
Of course we have to do some more test on this feature, e.g. on other platforms
than linux. The font-mapping list isn't completed, so if there are some needed
mappings, we have to add them to list.
