I've removed all cmap files and glyphlist.txt from svn. The attached files will
be downloaded automatically by ant.
- additional_cmaps.jar: contains all cmaps from [2] (see description)
- removed_cmaps.jar: contains all cmaps from svn which aren't part of [1] or
[2] (see description)
- glyphlist.txt is from [3] (see description)
