[PDFdev] PDF Display Slowly with Control

I have generated some PDF files using Acrobat Distiller printer driver.  They each have a background from with text overlaid.  When I open any of the files in the browser or my application which uses the PDF control, the text paints very slowly from top to bottom.  When I open the same file in Acrobat it displays quickly, there is no painting of the text.  Is there a setting in Distiller that affects this?  Other PDF files display quickly. I have used the screen and eBooks setting with similar results.   Thank you, Jeff Ballance
