These font are named CE (from Central European), because we in Central Europe were not lucky enough to have all characters in the AdobeStandardEncoding. Thus you can purchase Times CE, Helvetica CE, Courier CE separately, or with PostScript printers targeted for CE market. Maybe they are bundled with Acrobat CE as well.
