What about creating a PDF form as a template and then using
your .csv file and VB to populate the fields in the PDF form. ?

Would be a solution ?

Subject: [PDFdev] processing a collection of files

Hi there,

I have a .csv file containing a collection of records. I want to create a
unique pdf file that contains all the elements of each record set in the
file. I want to save each pdf file that would be created by its' unique
identifier (record id).

One method I thought of was to process the collection of records through
Word. I have a template designed with all the data fields inserted. I was
thinking of doing some sort of looping routine, in VB6, that would process
each record set and save it with a unique file name.

At that point I'm looking for some sort of process that will grab each file
in this directory and convert it to a pdf file.

Any suggestions would be more than helpful.

Thanks you in advance.
