Are you talking about just having an embedded file, or also hooking it up to a EmbeddedFile annotation?
I understand that I have to use the /EmbeddedFiles, but I can't figure out how to do it.
Easiest thing would be to use Acrobat to create an embedded file annotation and then examine what Acrobat builds in the PDF...
Another question is about insert a Document level Javascript inside the pdf, so the it could be executed when the doc is open.
You need to set the open action for the document to be a JavaScript action with teh script in question.
Again, create one via the UI in Acrobat - look at the objects. '
