Most likely, the image will be a bitmap.
As in a BMP or just a general raster image?
I want to create a new page in the document (PDDocCreatePage) and add the bitmap to the page. I can't seem to find out how to create a new PDImage or PDGraphic from a bitmap.
The Acrobat SDK has a wonderful sample/snippet called "AddImage" that demonstrates what you should need.
