Yep. Sounds like you need a plug-in. Given that same problem, here's how I'd approach it (YMMV): I'd create a plug-in with a tiny, crippled, FTP server built into it, on some otherwise unused port. When it received a PDF file, it would open it, suck out any printer info, print it, then delete it. The web site would have to know how and when to send the file. All this could be done by a Reader plug-in, but it's getting increasingly difficult (and expensive) to get a reader plug-in okayed by Adobe.
