[PDFdev] Adding images

Hi, All

I am new to the whole PDF developing scene, and I have struck a brick wall.

I need to insert an image into a PDF document that I create from scratch. However, I cant seem to get it right.

Is there any tutorials / documentation that you can point me to to get information?

I would like to uderstand the whole process of adding an image to a pdf document, such as how to get the image stream, which objects to add, and so on.
A tutorial would really make my day :o))
