It must have a minimum of geometry. Every page must have a
MediaBox.  This will be taken from a setpagedevice call in
the job, or if there isn't one, or an equivalent, from
a default.

The %%BoundingBox line is not a statement, it is a comment.
PostScript RIPs and other processors that interpret the code
are generally supposed to ignore comments. Mostly they do.

If you have code to set the /CropBox, perhaps you can also set
the /TrimBox and /BleedBox the same way?  They are pretty similar.
