When they download a "fillable" PDF, it loads the document into Writer 4, which makes the document unusable. I'd like to figure out the least intrusive method for resolving that. I think it's possible that this problem occurs when Writer 4 is installed on the box AFTER Reader 5, and not the other way around, but I'm not certain of that. If that's the case, then it seems reasonable to assume that if this user then installed Reader 5 on top of itself, this would make it work. Another alternative, of upgrading from Writer 4 to Writer 5, is not practical for all of the involved users, so I have to determine a different strategy.
