The customer will have CAD software configured correctly to open files with the extensions DXF/DWG (if not I provide the setup for them). Issue still is: We can not get the DXF to open with any of the same methods we used when opening the DWG. (We need the DXF and DWG to OPEN...not download to the users PC.) I'm really not sure where to go from here. Any resources you know of (websites, etc.) that may help us? I appreciate any feedback!
