[PDFdev] carriage returns

Hello,   I have a problem with the pdfs I generate. When I copy-paste a paragraph, carriage returns are coded at the end of each lines. Is there a kind of pdf  "tag" to preserve a paragraph layout without carriage returns? I code my pdfs words by words, specifying their relative position.   Xavier
