I have a fillable PDF that has a JavaScript function bound to the "PageOpen" event on the first page of the document. 99.9% of the users who use this form have no problem with this event and function. When they open the form, the function bound to the event gets executed. However, I have one user at a remote site that shows an odd symptom. It never seems to call the function bound to the event, when they go to page 1. I've verified that JavaScript is working in general, and the function in particular is working, because there's a button on the form that directly executes that function, and that part works for them. The other funny thing that happens, which I'm not sure is related to this, is that when she first opens the form, it shows with a zoom factor of only 48%, so that she can see both page 1 and at least page 2, both at the same time, much too small to see. Before she can do anything with the form, she has to zoom in so she can read it. I have no idea how you even make that happen, much less whether it would be a factor.
