I am not sure I understand correctly. You want to use command line only
or scripting from command line.
If you are thinking of the first one, there is a help directly in
PDFedit (just type F1) and it contains also "Commandline Usage" section.
There is also "Scripting help" in the same place, to help with the later.
We also have Wiki pages at http://pdfedit.petricek.net/wiki/HomePage.

If you can't find, what you are looking for, you can ask on this list
and I am sure that we will find some solution.
