If you are thinking of the first one, there is a help directly in PDFedit (just type F1) and it contains also "Commandline Usage" section. There is also "Scripting help" in the same place, to help with the later. We also have Wiki pages at http://pdfedit.petricek.net/wiki/HomePage.
