It is using QT Script for applications (QSA). Documentation for the language itself (for the version of QSA bundled with PDFedit) can be found at http://doc.trolltech.com/qsa-1.1.5/language.html The language is basically ECMAScript (sometimes known as Javascript), though there are few minor differences. Scripting API (API specific to PDFedit) is described at http://pdfedit.petricek.net/appendix.html#scripts_part It is for older PDFedit version, but the API have not changed much, just few extra functions were added.
