Thanks very much for reply prompt reply. This one works and it loads a pdf file
that I copied to the same folder and called test.pdf
By the way I installed the VS 2008 SP1 run time files but the previous build
also did not work.

first of all thx for reporting the issue!
basically the problem is that i use VS 2008 for building... you could have
either installed proper runtime but a better "working for all" solution is
(should be :) here
