hi,

- gui.win32 is a native win application for testing purposes, no need for  
cygwin.
- however, if you want the original linux gui download package  
pdfedit-0.4.5.tar.gz and follow instructions or try  
http://sourceforge.net/projects/pdfedit/files/pdfedit/0.4.3/pdfedit-0.4.3-cygwin.zip/download
- or wait another few months for qt4 based gui
