Well, of course, the other difference is that I downloaded the most recent cygwin (1.7.7), so if it turns out that you are able to compile pdfedit 0.4.5 under YOUR version of cygwin, then that would be a strong suggestion that I might want to back up cygwin instead of pdfedit.
But if you DO take the time to do this, Mr. Davis, then please take care to untar the delivery and just do a configure and make. If it doesn't fail in the same way on your machine, then I suppose the next thing I can try is rolling back to an earlier cygwin. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Nokia and AT&T present the 2010 Calling All Innovators-North America contest Create new apps & games for the Nokia N8 for consumers in U.S. and Canada $10 million total in prizes - $4M cash, 500 devices, nearly $6M in marketing Develop with Nokia Qt SDK, Web Runtime, or Java and Publish to Ovi Store http://p.sf.net/sfu/nokia-dev2dev _______________________________________________ Pdfedit-support mailing list [email protected] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/pdfedit-support
