Hello everyone,

In anticipation for PDL v2.008, Ed and I were looking over the current
bugs in SourceForge and it was getting rather difficult trying to triage
them by hand. I tried on several occasions and ran out of tuits.

So what I've done is added all the currently open bugs on SourceForge to
the GitHub repository and assigned the priority 5+ ones to the PDL v2.008
milestone <https://github.com/PDLPorters/pdl/milestones>.

Hopefully this can help see what needs to be done to get the release out
quickly. It looks like there is a good bit of activity so far
<https://github.com/PDLPorters/pdl/pulse>!

There are several branches of fixes being worked on that can be seen
at <https://github.com/PDLPorters/pdl/pulls>. All the ones with
the green ✓ are those that are passing their tests on Travis-CI [*].

Regards,
- Zaki Mughal

[*]: As a side note, pull requests make a good place for code review
discussion, especially since you can make comments on specific
     lines of the code.

Furthermore, each time new code is added on the pull request
branch, the tests for the pull request are re-run.
