All- I've investigated the issue with cygwin paths including /cygdrive/x which breaks the pdldoc.db generation for some configurations. I believe it is a rather specific set of circumstances that is not often triggered. Consequently, I plan to add mention to the Known_problems and a warning and reference to the mailing list if anyone hits the snag and to push PDL-2.009 this evening.
