I see only 2 reports there from long double ("-ld") builds of perl.
One of them (

) fails to build PDL::Slatec, thereby skipping the t/limits_trans_err.t
tests.
The other one (
http://www.cpantesters.org/cpan/report/0853066c-0af5-11e5-b53d-b00fe0bfc7aa
) suffers the exact same t/limits_trans_err.t failures as I get on my "-ld"
Windows build of perl-5.22.
(AFAICT, StrawberryPerl doesn't yet provide any "-ld" builds and is
therefore unaffected.)
