Further to the changes that will enable the Great Split, I have made https://github.com/PDLPorters/pdl/pull/122: "Add PDL::Doc::add_module to pdlpp_postamble". It has passed the Travis CI, so I believe it can be safely merged.
This will mean that any external PDL module (such as the bellwether, PDL::IO::GD) that uses pdlpp_postamble in its Makefile.PL's MY::postamble will now have its docs added to the "pdldoc" database without any further action once the PR is merged, and released. Chris, as soon as you are content with your review of this change, let me know and I'll merge it. Then I would argue a 2.013 with it should be released. Meanwhile, I will work on a new change to re-enable PDL to work on "perl in space" (ie when Perl is installed in a directory with a space in its name).
