in fact Rob has opened
https://rt.cpan.org/Public/Bug/Display.html?id=105153 (which is AFAIK fixed
in Prima's github but not released yet).
However it only fixes the incorrect values in Prima::Config that appear
when you have too new EU::MM.
It does not include "dirname(__FILE__)" hack to make Prima::Config portable.

Yes - I think we start on the premise that it's a Prima bug.
There seems to be nothing about this at
