The CosBase module is stable and is what you really need. The CosStd module was 
supposed to be the standard library, but I stopped to develop it some time ago 
as I don't have enough time. It should be seen as an example of use of COS, but 
if I had the time, I would rewrite it differently (in a simpler manner).

The ref repository is the GIT one. Actually few persons in the world use COS to 
develop their frameworks (including a replacement for Objective-C in Cocoa), 
but I have little feedback.

I am actually developing a new project that needs advanced feature, and if it 
fails with the actual technologies, there is a good chance that I switch back 
to COS.
