I've moved to win10 and now I seem to have lost the ability to click on the
OpenGL window to activate it for input focus. If I Alt-Tab to the window
it does work (the way it used to). Can anyone else reproduce this issue?

To reproduce: run 'demo 3d' from the PDL shell and you get a prompt to hit
enter from the command line window (this works ok). Then the OpenGL
display window is opened and displayed with a message in the command line
window to enter 'q' in the OpenGL window to quit. Unfortunately, at this
point hitting the Q key only puts a q in the command line window and not
the newly created display window. Clicking on the graphics window doesn't
help. One thing that seems to work is to use the Alt-Tab options to
activate the graphics window.

Thanks for your help,
Chris
