It works just fine with the 1.7AF converter - I've got a 20x16 print
taken with this combination here in my office that looks about as good
as any print that size made from a 35mm original.
I've never tried the Sigma TCs - although I do own the AF Sigma 1.4
I don't use it with this lens, as the Pentax 1.4L which I also own
matches the lens perfectly - it's hard to see any degradation of the
image even at full aperture.
