Other way 'round.  The magenta goes on the lens (to reverse the green of
the lights) and a green (whose strength I sadly do not recall) goes on
the flash to bring it to the same colour as the lights.

Or... <evil grin> Fuji Reala, no joke, will properly balance out the
fluorescents and your flash with no filters.  It has to do with the
film's colour response.  Of course, if you have filters and a fridgefull
of Kodak film, why buy a different film?
