I have one of those.  Mine was made by Kenko and gives a true
circular fisheye image.  I have adapters for it to fit 49mm,
52mm, and 67mm diameter lenses.  It screws onto the filter ring
over the lens. Watch for them on eBay or at used camera dealers.
