I went through this myself, and ended up with a 645 (then second guessed myself, and was reminded of the reasons I picked up a 645). The 645 has more automation. Autowinder, TTL, X sync at 1/60, more frames per roll (15 v 10 on 120), Av, Tv, P modes. The 67 has a neg twice as big.
