Well said, Mike. Reading Frank's posts over time, made me acquire a mountain bike in a sale in November as a photographic aid. How? I don't know how busy your streets are, but although I take a camera in the car with me, often you can't get the picture you want to take, as there is a pile of traffic behind you, massive parking restrictions or simply nowhere to park :-( The bike cures that problem and a little regular exercise may sort out the aches and pains that I fully empathise with above!
