When I use mine it typically holds:
PZ-1p with 28-135 zoom
MX with 28mm or 50mm prime
SMC-F 70-210 zoom
SMC-F 100/2.8 Macro or SMC-FA*24/2.0 or SMC-A 20/2.8
AF-280T flash
(Plus a few rolls of film, filters, cable release, etc.)
