To, too, and two. Their, there, and they're. Dangling prepositions. Subject/verb agreement. Improper pronoun choice (me instead of I, etc.). Word misuse, a la Mike's rant. Especially prepositions, adjectives, and adverbs. Impossibly complex and long winded sentences, e.g., an entire paragraph that's one sentence.
