Subject/verb agreement.

Improper pronoun choice (me instead of I, etc.).

Word misuse, a la Mike's rant.  Especially prepositions, adjectives,
and adverbs.

Impossibly complex and long winded sentences, e.g., an entire paragraph
that's one sentence.  This rarely happens in spoken English, but is the
bane of written English.
